PRODUCT FLOW

  1. The product will arrive from the field by tip trailers. The tip trailer unloads the product in the Receiving Hopper.
    From the hopper the product can be placed either in boxes or to the bulk section.
  2. After placing the product in the Receiving Hopper, the product gets cleaned and Pre graded by the Pre-Grader.
  3. Small potatoes that are graded out are collected on the Small potato Belt. The soil will fall through this belt.
  4. Soil is transported by Waste belt and the cleaned and graded product is transported via Product belt and the Telescopic Conveyors to the Space finder.
    With the Space Finder the product is loaded in the storage.
  1. With the help of the Pick-up Scooter the product is transported via the Telescopic Conveyors to the Elevator and to the Box filler placed outside the section.
  2. The boxes can be placed in the corridor to warm them up before processing.
  3. After warming up they are transported to the processing line to be processed.
